3 Ingredient Paleo Waffles

This is a quick, easy, and very tasty breakfast option.
And the kids will love ’em too!

1 medium banana
2 eggs
1 TBS coconut flour


-Mash bananas in a bowl then whisk in both eggs and stir in coconut flour.
-Heat waffles iron and grease with butter or coconut oil
-Place batter in middle of iron and cook for 2 minutes or until waffle iron top pulls off cleanly and waffle is golden brown.

Add-ins for extra flavor (optional):
Small dash of vanilla
Pinch of cinnamon
Pinch of salt

Topping Options:

Yogurt, granola and fresh fruit
Butter and 100% pure maple syrup
Peanut butter and Enjoy Life mini chocolate chips
